  1. Should I create an account? We advice you to create an account with us before making a purchase to ensure that your mailing address is correct and you can trace your purchases.
  2. Where does OUTFITSPACE deliver to? OUTFITSPACE offers shipping to all states in Malaysia. Shipment to overseas is coming soon! Subcribe our mail list for more updates!  
  3. Does OUTFITSPACE provide free shipping? Yes, free nationwide shipping!   
  4. How long does delivery take? Local delivery is within 1 to 3 working days.     
  5. Can I choose Cash on Delivery (COD) for pre-order items? We are truly apologize as COD is not applicable for all items.       
  6. Can I opt for self collect instead of postage? Yes, you may self collect during working hours. Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm), Saturday (9am to 1pm). In order to do so, please enter "Self Collect" under Remarks, otherwise your order will be delivered by courier. Kindly note that all purchases must be done via our official website www.outfit-space.com before self collection. 
  7. Is my order successful? All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 15 minutes of purchase. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check your order summary in "My Account" or your email junk folder. Alternatively , you may email us at hello@outfit-space.com to verify.
  8. Can I amend my order? We are truely apologize as amendment is prohibited. Due to security reasons, our team is unable to make any amendments after you have confirmed your order.
