OUTFITSPACE provides returns for all items EXCEPT:
- Sale items;
- Discounted items: include items purchase using discount codes (except first time purchase code); and
- Specifically stated non-returnable items.
- ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS (MALAYSIA).
- Returns can only be made one time per order number.
- Shipping/Delivery fees for all returns and exchanges will be borne by buyer.
- Item(s) must be in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Returns and exchanges which dissatisfy all mentioned conditions will be declined.
- OUTFITSPACE provides refund only in store credits for all returns which satisfy the above-mentioned criterias.
Repack your item(s) with tags intact and tax invoice, and seal it securely. Item(s) must be in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges which dissatisfy all mentioned conditions will be declined.

The returned parcel will be under customers' responsibility, OUTFITSPACE is not liable for any lost return parcel & additional taxes incurred for return parcels.
Email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org regarding:
- Order number;
- Shipping company for returning; and
- Tracking number.
For exchange, please indicate the new size and colour.
All return/exchange requests will be processed within 3 working days upon receipt of returned items. Our team will revert to you once the return item is received. All returns which satisfy the above-mentioned criterias will be granted with store credit only.
